Using the calculator is straightforward. Follow these steps to get your final price in seconds:
Step 1: Set Your Preferences (Optional)
Use the dropdown menus at the top to select your preferred Language and Currency. The entire tool, including all labels and results, will instantly update.
Step 2: Add Your First Product
In the first product box, enter the Product Name (e.g., “Laptop”).
Input the Original Price before any sales.
Enter the primary Discount %.
If you have a second promotion (like an extra 5% off for members), enter it in the Add. Discount field. If not, leave it blank.
Set the Quantity for that item.
Step 3: Add More Products (If Needed)
Click the “+ Add Another Product” button to add more items to your list. A new product box will appear. Repeat Step 2 for each item you want to include.
Step 4: Configure the Tax
Below the product list, find the Tax / GST section.
Use the Tax Type dropdown to choose whether you’re applying a Percentage (%) or a Fixed Amount.
Enter the corresponding tax value in the input field (e.g., 8 for 8% tax, or 50 for a fixed $50 tax). If there’s no tax, leave it blank.
Step 5: Get Your Grand Total
Click the green “Calculate Total” button.
Step 6: Review and Use Your Results
An easy-to-read summary will appear showing the Items Subtotal (price after discounts), your Total Savings, the Tax Amount, and the final Grand Total.
Below the results, new buttons will appear to Copy, Share, or Print your detailed calculation summary.
